Business Development Manager
About the Role
Due to ongoing and unrelenting growth we require a professional Account/Business Development Manager. You will be required to maximise sales opportunities with already established clients along with developing new client base. Interpreting customer needs and identifying solutions to satisfy their requirements
About You
You are a passionate account manager who loves their clients and can develop & grow relationships that result in continued sales and search and secure new business on an ongoing basis. You have strong Reporting and Administration skills and can develop business plans and new business pipelines and are able to work autonomously. Your brand is honesty and transparency, and your focus is client centric.
As the business is primed for further growth you will be pivotal to our continued success.
We can rely on you to bring:
- Prior knowledge and demonstratable experience in the scaffold or allied industry
- Supporting documentation detailing your previous success in exceeding sales targets and KPI’s
- Knowledge and ability with take offs, this is a critical requirement.
- The ability to read and interpret drawings a must.
- A strong network within the sector is extremely desirable and we would expect you to hit the ground running in this area.
- Your strong communication skills, both oral and written, enables you deal with clients at all levels.

- Own reliable transport
- Have valid manual drivers licence, access to own vehicle & MR licence preferred but not necessity
- Experience with aluminium scaffold preferred but not necessity
